John:
The problem I see with Dell's stock price is as follows
1. Too many shares outstanding. Dell, emc, csco, msft, split 7 or more times.
With options leverage available, funds do not need as many shares today as previously and we become playthings of the Street
Am afraid that shorts here have huge resources and lots of control until they decide to turn around and
go long. They may do that when there appears no downside left. Then Dell rises to a certain level and
we go back to the present day volatility.
2. For trading stocks to public, brokers will tend to go with the more saleable braggerts that promise
bigger gains even if their future is less clear. Which lets one picture biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig gains.
Like "buy them oils"
FWIW, Altogether a tough call on stock price, so what else is new?...
Do you have any comments on Csco?
