That's a pretty lame differentiation concerning the issue of whether a brokerage is a daytrading outfit. While semantically it may be correct, the apparent fact that all accounts at certain brokerages are coded automatically by SEC fiat as pattern daytrading account has that effect. Of course I never stated that it was so as you claim. You might notice that there was a question mark and the end of the series of words that you claim is an 'assertion'. That was put there specifically to let folks know that I was asking if it were possible. And it seems that it was in fact the case. Regardless, it was never an 'assertion'. If you want to talk about complete misrepresentations, that can go near the top of the list. But perhaps you aren't familiar with what a question mark is, or what it means.

Something I find really amazing is how much time and effort some folks will spend gathering this link and that link, but won't spend a fraction of the time to find a link to prove their unsubstantiated contentions. Go figure.

Regards,

Barb
