This is the key reason bubbles are bad...it's not because wealth is destroyed (after all, Bubble Boy will just print up more!<VBG>). It's because malinvestment occurs and denies capital to crucial segments of the economy.

Wish I'd seen her charts. Was her view that capex now needs to flow to energy?
