Not Applicable. EMC isn't in the box business and they are basically technology agnostic. EMC makes refrigerator-sized storage boxes running their proprietary operating system. What do you mean by saying it is not in the box business? The box I described would be a storage box with commoditized parts, possibly built by Dell, and targeting EMC's business. EMC is technology agnostic in that they are able to connect over Ethernet or Infiniband rather than only SANs. They are still a ripe candidate for disruptive technology, just like Cisco. Either I don’t understand what you are saying or you don’t realize, or acknowledge, the nature of the box I described. Which is it? Allen
