Great piece about Nextwave by Faber on CNBC....sounds like they have a chance at winning their case against the FCC. The general industry consensus seems to be Nextwave would then sell off the licenses rather than build-out the network.

Would rather have them build-out a nationwide CDMA network...but it might be a little late for them to join the wireless game.
