you are right about DELL, but CSCO is no DELL. It will be very hard for company like CSCO, that is trying to address some many area at the same time to be as efficient as DELL is, not to mention the complexity, upfront cost CSCO has compared to DELL, which largely has everyone around them doing the engineering for them. DELL is the lean mean assembling machine. <g>
