Sharck: the key question is: is this shift in investor psychology a true reversal or: (1) is it fragile enough to revert back to the February/March panic selling? (2) is there something in the near horizon that could cause a shift in investor psychology?

This question is critical because it will determine at what level one will aggressively buy tech stocks. If one believes that there has been a real shift in psychology, then buying soft or shallow dips makes sense. If one believes this is a temporary shift, then one should hold out for a more substantial dip or, possibly, a serious retesting of the April 4 low?
