First of all, I am not "aligning myself" with Jenna.

I have no association with her whatsoever other than a cursory examination of the recent events.

Secondly, my only interest in this entire scenario is from a legal standpoint on how libel and defamation laws would/could be applied in a situation where the plaintiff is a nom de plume. Since Tim Luke has seen fit to further identify himself on this thread by posting the old article with his full name, that point may now be moot.
