John, Good note regarding potential risks of investing in MSFT. I was struck reading your note of the important of partnerships in this new economic era. It's interesting that the theory of "total quality management" which actually came out of the manufacturing sector is very relevant to the high technology sector: closer cooperation with suppliers and customers on specs, process control, etc. will benefit all parties.
