Hi Kerry, A while ago here on the V/L thread I think I mentioned using the "Highest Growth Stocks" list as a potential spot for doing some stock screening. It's a powerful list all by itself, but can be used nicely with some fiddling as well. I started a thread here on SI for the concept of using the #5 Timeliness (lowest) stocks on that list as bottom fishing candidates. The list was started with stocks so listed as of the beginning of this year. Since, some have been knocked off the list and some others have dropped in Timeliness to #5 and been added. Overall the group has shown pretty good profits in a rather nasty market. Here's the link if you'd like to look it over. Subject 51041 Just another way to use Value Line.....
