Too true, re: doctors & lawyers.

I've always thought of the defense lawyer's job as one to ensure a FAIR trial. By doing so (and withholding judgement), the wrongly accused stand the best chance of being acquitted. I'd rather error in favor of innocence way in spite of the glitches than the other way around. And making the prosecution abide by the law (of privacy, of search, etc.) helps protects me and my home from invasion by a zealous law enforcement official.
