Semi-Bull, what in the hell happened to the liquidity of the balance sheet? I analyzed the prospectus and the most recent financials prior to the effective merger date, and it was certainly much stronger than what was just reported. I need to go back and review my notes, but I recall a net working capital after deducting all long term debt in the range of $8 to $9 per share. The numbers I see here reflect $4.22 per share and a huge goodwill number which should have been close to zero. I need to study these numbers further to see where the damage occurred. Eddie
