Well lisa, no matter how you slice it, no visibility is bad news for the bulls, that's not what they wanted to hear, they are convinced about an end of year rebound. These are some of the issues that make me bearish:
potential global synchronized recession
potential energy crisis
continued unemployment increases
falling consumer confidence
falling consumer spending
price wars squeezing margins
globalization squeezing margins
high valuations and P/E's
post bubble psychology
