Yaacov, RE: Here we can't trade after hours! You can practically trade Cisco 24 hours a day. Not too long after Cisco stops trading here, you can trade it in Hong Kong. Before Hong Kong trading closes, EASDAQ opens. And before EASDAQ has closed, the US markets open. Any investor, institutional or individual, can trade on any of these exchanges.
