Mucho: i'm not saying the "fair" value is $3; just that that is a price where i think csco would be an attractive buy for me Yeah... I know exactly how you must be feeling. There is this beachfront property in San Diego, CA that I have been after to buy. The seller is asking $1.8 million for it, but I am only willing to pay $10K. The seller does not understand that I do really like his property but $10K is the max I am willing to pay for, and he does not understand it and is not selling! I have told him that CA has rolling blackouts, and earthquakes. But he still does not seem to listen. I think he is just crazy! I dont understand his thinking and why he is not willing to sell me his darn property for $10K! Isnt it a bit strange for him not to sell? I just dont get it! His attitude and unwillingness to sell have become irritating and I am very much frustrated!! I just dont get it! Regards,
