Evidently you read it wrong. It was meant as a question, and a possibility, not an assertion of fact. Upon re-reading it, I have no clue how you could have possibly thought otherwise. Especially considering the conversation to which it belonged. You might want to go re-read the posts that preceded it. It makes no sense that certain brokers would treat traders one way, and others another unless the distinction was made at the broker level. But I don't know everything like you do, so I'll take your word for it since you insist it's so and despite the fact that your position makes no sense.
