Too true. True story. Three houses down the street. Beautiful house. Waterfont, indoor pools, landscaping, heated slate floors, blah blah blah... Went up for sale. Sold in 7 minutes. 200K... firesale price... The couple had been on vacation in the tropics. They were attacked at night and he was killed. She wanted out of the house. This is a terrible story, and should not be wished upon your worst enemy. But occasionally reality intrudes in some bad way... and someone got that house. Food for thought. John.
