Its stable of products includes ulcer medicines (Omez, Zovanta, and Lanzap), antibiotics, pain relievers, and cardiovascular drugs. It also makes about 50 diagnostic products (pregnancy tests, cancer-detection kits) and has a burgeoning biotech business. Dr. Reddy's has a marketing agreement in the US with Watson Pharmaceuticals. It operates in more than 65 countries, though some 70% of its sales come from India. Dr. Reddy's boosted its bulk pharmaceutical operations with the purchase of Cheminor. Company chairman Dr. Anji Reddy founded it in 1984.
