*Banc of America Securities upgrades to STRONG BUY*

I find it hilarious that BOASecurities downgraded (who cares what rating they assigned) the stock at $25.875 March 6th and now upgrades it at $24.94 (today's open) . . . What a disservice they did for their clients - they could have been buying into the low teens.
