NOTICE DATE: June 11, 1997.
Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders February 27,1997, the Company has changed its name from Yukon Gold Corp. to Alliance Pacific Gold Corp. There is no consolidation of capital. The
Company will effect this change by merging with a Delaware orporation, Alliance Pacific Gold Corp.,which is wholly-owned by the Company and incorporated for the purpose of completing the merger.
Effective at the opening June 12, 1997, the common shares of Alliance Pacific Gold Corp. will be posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and the common shares of Yukon Gold Corp.
will be delisted. The Company is classified as a `Venture' company.
The Vancouver Stock Exchange has also accepted for filing the continuation of the Company from Washington State to the Yukon Territory, as approved by the shareholders of the Company on February
27, 1997. The Company has advised the Exchange that the change will be effective June 12, 1997.
