LOL... No, I don't get it either why you would have multiple indoor pools in a waterfront home either. But that's what the house has in it. I said it was a true story and passed no judgements on the people who would buy, sell or live in such houses. As to missing Addi's budget by an order of magnitude, I think it's within the ball park of a less than unreal situation. 1.8 M and 10K is a 3 order difference. $3 and $20 is a one order difference. So I just split the difference. And I liked the wit of your reply! John.
