Wow, you are a tea connoisseur. I'm bummed that you're not a Red Zinger fan but agree on the chocolate sauce over lemon meringue pie combination. I love lemon meringue pie and am in a baking kinda mood. You've just inspired me. Yes, the milk-in-yer-tay thing is English. I love it that way.
