K., Forbes.com reports PA/VV filed to sell all shares of TheStreet.com. I haven't checked to see whether INSP did the same.

NEW YORK - Wealthy, powerful people in the news:

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen

Microsoft (nasdaq: MSFT - news - people) co-founder Paul Allen looks set to dump one of his higher-profile investments. Allen's investment fund, Vulcan Ventures, has filed to sell its 2.4% stake in TheStreet.com (nasdaq: TSCM - news - people), according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. TheStreet.com, an online financial news company, peaked at $60 the day it went public two years ago at $19--it was trading this morning at $1.98. Allen's filing allows him to sell his 670,167 shares at a future date. There are about a dozen other investors in the filing, including InfoSpace (nasdaq: INSP - news - people), J.P. Morgan, Barclays and the Flatiron Fund. Allen, 48, has lost close to $39 million on the investment and has seen a number of other tech ventures collapse since last year. Recently selling almost half his Microsoft shares for close to $9 billion to pay for his investments, Allen still has shares worth about $10.4 billion.
