the "gold is dead" articles are legion by now btw.... i get to see at least two per week. the current rally will be widely disbelieved. only a handful of gold bugs is still hopeful, but even among them, there's a great deal of cynicism and disbelief...so many rallies have failed. the same conditions should reign at a stock market bottom...either complete disinterest, or abject fear/pervasive bearishness, so that the first real rally off the bottom gets immediately SOLD by the public...give me a rally accompanied by OUTFLOWS and i'll be a raving bull...
