Dale Weaver: From what I've read, retail sales will be uniformly weak. However, I don't think it will cause much of a ripple in the current market. Investor psychology is in a "Buy" mood and greed has reared its ugly head. No one is concerned about reading the tea leaves -- they are more concerned with "not missing the next market spike". FWIW, I think it will take months of continued negative news before investor perception is altered.
