This is looking more and more like a mop up operation with the same buyers down in the high .60's to low .70's....I must call and see if the roads are open in PEI re weight restrictions. This could tell the tale....

Transportation and Public Works

ADVANCE NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF SPRING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI -- The Department of Transportation and Public Works today gave advance notice of that this year's extended Spring Weight Restrictions will be lifted on May 6th at 12:01. Transportation and Public Works Minister Don MacKinnon made the announcement in the Legislature today.
"Spring Weight Restrictions are imposed to ensure the safety of the travelling public as well as reduce further damage to our Road Network," said MacKinnon in announcing the measure. "The high level of road damage that occurred over the winter prompted our Department to extend the scope of this year's weight restrictions to include gravel and clay roads. As a further precautionary measure, axle tolerances on all roads will not be permitted until further notice."

The Department of Transportation and Public Works wishes to thank the travelling public for their ongoing cooperation in ensuring a quality Road Network for the safe, efficient movement of people, goods and services in a fiscally and environmentally sustainable manner.
