There are a lot of equity people that don't have a Bloomberg. It is most prevalent on fixed income desks.

When Bloomberg breaks a story, there often is a trading opportunity.

Also, some may see it as a positive that the damages were only $350,000. I don't see it that way, but some could.

Finally, note that as other news services pick up the story, the stock has started dropping.
