I'm not very familiar with the method you've mentioned but I believe theres been some controversy associated with it in the past although whenever I dig into something regardless of it's value I learn something.

Belief is important in that it changes the quality of rules during system design before it gets to the point of using it in RT thus preventing the need to believe a crappy system will perform ok.

I'm not suggesting PTATR is an invalid method. I don't know if it is or isn't.

I'm focused on something that requires all my attention so if you proved PTATR was a money maker I would pass on it right now. I might save some notes and come back to it but maybe not. :)
