another day of rolling blackouts...3 in a row... and its only may... how hot can it get next month? so do power plants use gasoline or natural gas to make electricity... funny how california blaming others from their problem when they didnt use the foresight to prevent the problem in the first place... texas apparently will have excess power generating ability before the deregulate...
