I don't know the answers to your CIPH questions. At the moment I'm throwing out lock-up play ideas based on stock price, charts, insider info, and lock-up expiration dates. Haven't looked at business models yet, or abstracts. The idea being that members the community could latch on to any one they like and dig, if they like. For my part, I'm starting to look into PDGM, and have just started a thread.
