Dale Weaver: If Richard Bernstein is correct, and NASDAQ does hit new lows over the summer, I will load up the boat on the QQQ's, or one of the Rydex or ProFunds funds which mirrors or leverages the QQQ's. This will be a LT play, one that I would be prepared to wait 3-5 years to play out. There is no way NASDAQ will not be over 2000 (more like 3000) in 3-5 years, and with the QQQ's, your "stock" can never go to zero; as long as technology has any future in this country, it will recover somewhere down the road.
