I'm still here. Still have the same opinion of scumbria, bilow & their ilk. I still think that, at best, they are FUD-meisters. They post relentlessly with BS, spun as negatively as possible including liberal amounts of lies & deceit.
Like typical bashers, they are present 24/7. They ensure that they constantly disrupt the thread & control the topics discussed. They are good at what they do, but that should not be a badge of honor nor anything to be proud of. To me it's about ethics & morals & acting within the letter & spirit of the law..... which is what I find most lacking in these individuals...... as well as INFX, MU, etc. I don't give a rat's ass how many facts these guys have posted. My problem is how they weave the FUD & spin the facts deceitfully & relentlessly. I know these guys aren't here to save anybody from anything, so there is something awfully fishy about their absolutely relentless assault on this thread.
I think RMBS will prevail eventually based on the credible evidence available...... and that would exclude almost everything posted by the local FUD buddies here. Those who can sift through the BS can see that IMO. Right now there is considerable uncertainty..... and the market hates uncertainty. No doubt this has emboldened MoMo shorts to jump in to make a few $$$. Add in the recent court decision, liberal amounts of FUD & one can understand why RMBS is where it is today.
Sure RMBS could lose, or perhaps run out of $$$ before having their patents upheld....... I seriously doubt that will happen. As I already stated, I believe RMBS will prevail..... eventually..... the facts will be heard in more court rooms & appropriate decisions will be made regarding RMBS patents & the actions of the JDEC gang.
When they do, I am sure that it will be reflected in RMBS share price too.
FWIW, spare your pompous & highly repetitive replies (not directed specifically at you Jim). They are posted here ad nauseam & have always been nothing more than the standard BS from bashers disrupting a stock message board. The jury is already in on these guys as far as I'm concerned.
Guilty as charged IMO.
