Well, this shall remain an Unsolved Mystery. Maybe i'll send it to the TV program of that name. I defragged in Safe Mode, and this time it kept starting over because something (Satan) was writing to the disk.

Now i'm going to back up the most recent versions of all my files onto floppies and zips. She asserted in a tone of confidence.
