"Why do you love this stock so much? " Who ever said love? "And why trust your feelings above all the evidence around you?" FWIW, I trust my feelings after a thorough review of the evidence. Only then do I form an opinion. I believe I'm right in my assessments based on the facts..... not because I love a stock..... or have 'feelings'. FWIW, I spent well more than a decade as an auditor & many of my cases went to trial (or were settled prior to going to trial) based on my work..... most often due to exposing fraud..... with hard work, credible evidence & successfully exposing the BS for what it is. I don't take my investing DD any less seriously. I've seen many judges who couldn't buy a clue wrt understanding the case before them. I've seen juries that had no idea what was being presented to them due to the complexity of the case. If the Judge inappropriately limits the evidence a jury can hear, they can easily make reach a bad verdict. That is one reason why there are appeals. Sometimes the wrong verdict is returned or an improper ruling is handed down. IMO, it ain't over. Only time will tell if RMBS patents will prevail. Nothing I say today will change the end result & unlike many of the FUD buddies here, I'm not trying to influence investors in the near term. I'm entitled to my opinion based on my review of relevant evidence. Ö¿Ö
