If I can find something of value or a good story, then I will buy long, in fact I played some longs today. Mkts this close to the fed meeting are difficult only of you have a mind set that they WILL go up or down. It is my opinion that the mkts are toppy here but no one taking bets yet. So you can play both longs and shorts, even the same stock, look at CCMP. I believe it is overvalued here, but still closed out my shorts this AM that I held overnight. Point being, the mkts are waiting for some catalyst or someone to stand up to the plate and say or do something. If it means Greenspan so be it. I doubt we will get any big swings btn now and then so don't get overexposed on any side just yet. Looking at the oil patch, thanks to all for the PMs and tips...
