Ugly.

However, it's also an issue of timing and conditioning. It came to biotech -- worst configuration -- in the post-dotcom era.

IPOs hit the street with a structure that differs from the classical biotech.... many more shares set with a timer. And the worst of the "hell-fodder" was IPO'd into the remaining bliss from "supply city", 2/2000.

We'll see what happens in the future. Lockups wouldn't have barfed on 2/2000.
