Regarding RSI.un the income for this trust is essentially from the note that the trust holds for the parent company. However, if you read their news releases over the past 2.5 years there has been a lot of excuses on why they have not produced any rising returns. I spoke to LaFrance (CEO) on Monday and he said the remainder of the year would only pay @ $0.10 per share/quarter. I also asked why there have been no dividends included with the income from the parent company in addition to the interest on the note and he had no answer. Reading the news releases and in context that sugar prices are twice this year as to last and yet the distribution is down. Now they blame all of this on energy costs?????
