Somewhat clear. Since I'm trying to do the scans daily I've tried to track the highest RS of a stock long held and watch for any 5 point RS decline. This is proving almost impossible given the length of my work week so I try to catch up on the weekend. If I note a decline of 5 RS points or an absolute decline in price of 10%, or the RS is less than 70, I sell. Is this your understanding?
