The government of Ca is thoroughly disgusting.
Of course most governments are.
But this total cluelessness about our energy needs is horrifying.
Interesting articles on Texas and their enormous energy production...but they are afraid to sell it to any other state because they don't want the federal govt getting into the act and telling them what to do, thereby ruining their efficiency.
Have a look at pnm for me and tell me what you think.
Also, isn't amsc the possible future BIG winner you once mentioned?
