Jack - I understand about the time lag. In fact, this deal must be one of the reasons for the bump in Ciena's investories, sicne the equipment out for testing is still counted as "finished goods."

What I was wondering about is whether the price is set when the deal is made (in December), or if it can be changed as market conditions change (since they have certainly worsened in the optical area since December)?

Actually, I am certain the price cannot go up. What I am wondering is whether it can go down?
