You quote some idiot kid who damages chips when overclocking them, but don't seem to have much to say about problems Intel's servers have been having when running within spec, but under load:

Solution:
This issue is related to the Intel Chassis and is irrelevant to the operating system or model of RAID controller.
Intel has issued a Technical Advisory regarding this problem. Intel reports, 'The problem is potentially present in all HSC RAID configured applications, but it is believed that higher SCSI bus speeds aggravate the problem, i.e. Ultra 160 is at higher risk than Ultra 2'.
