may be I read in his words what I believe in... but it's also pretty much acknowledged fact that many of those that were successful in other lines of business fail in trading, isn't it? And it's fairly reasonable when you think of traits that warrant success in trading vs, let's call it, conventional business. Those traits are often directly opposite. Many of them being applied in trading lead to imminent failure.

I would agree that natural selection exists in this but only up to level "having the ability to change oneself". If one possess this ability then one's success is a matter of whether one manages to do it. I would really hate to think that some are destined to be good traders and the rest have no chance :)
