What do you mean techs dumped? This is a rally.
And it's just beginning. Nothing but good news today starting with MS Sox Upgrade. That alone could drive the techs into the Fed meeting. Plus retail good news and upgrades. That helps a lot.I'd be buying techs ASAP then holding and switching into some oils at what you think is the peak as I expect they'll go in different directions for the next 3 days, though oils won't dip much. Just temporary asset re-allocation into techs, where you get the most bang for the buck. AAPL, NOVL are my morning buys. Still pretty cheap here. Looking for a nice 20% pop.
