I actually agree with the Robby Stephens report. I think that this is a company that does not know what it is. It is searching for identity and direction. Pretty scarey! IMHO they need to shed a few of their dogs and focus on their stonger product lines. They have become way too diversified and have gotten lost along the way. I know a few people that work there and apparently the company has become very wrapped up in policy and procedure. Hence it takes a long time to get decisions made and to get anything done. I honestly think that its going to take a major shake-up at the senior mgmt level. In fact, its overdue. -Tim
