I Rate DSCM a ST Buy and LT Strong Buy. They are tied to RAD, and if one (RAD) succeeds, the other should too.

RAD needs DSCM to take care of prescriptions. This is its online selling presence (the website, riteaid.com, is now also powered by drugstore.com). Although RAD's debt covenants may limit its outright purchase at this point, this (or at least the rumor) can come later on as we see continuous improvement to RAD's bottom line.

DSCM @11:01 ET is trading 1.32 (bid) - 1.36 (ask), volume of 86.1M shares. Price Target (18 month): $8.
