D.J. - re: "rude probably wrote the article." - LOL! I wish... Journalism would probably pay better than my investment activities! As has been obvious from my posts over many years, I find myself aligned with the people who would like to see DELL pursue a higher margin, high end play, resulting in an increasing percentage of revenue from that segment, eventually more than half. But I'm not the guy who built a multi-billion dollar world leader from nothing, or any big company for that matter. It's certain that the guys making those calls inside DELL are way better qualified than I am - I'm just a gadfly investor after all. And it's entirely possible that DELL is on exactly the right course - hard to argue with the vision and drive that got them where they are today, and frankly they look pretty healthy. Still, it is sad to see an executive of Tom's status leave - I'm sue that his viewpoint and logic have been important in the management dialog.
