(PR NEWSWIRE) IVG Subsidiary, SES, Introduces Second SmartHR Component
IVG Subsidiary, SES, Introduces Second SmartHR Component

New Workflow Process Web-enables Operations for Improved Efficiency

HOUSTON, May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- IVG Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVGG),
(http://www.ivgcorp.com) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary,
SES-Corp., Inc. -- one of the largest full service Professional Employer
Organizations (PEOs) in the United States -- has introduced the second
component of its SmartHR web initiative.
The new component, the Workflow Process, is an automated data distribution
system that enables SES clients to manage all payroll and administrative
functions via the web. Using SmartHR's data entry portal, clients may submit
data, which is routed directly to SES' I-Services technical maintenance team
for verification and approval. The information is then distributed to the
correct departments at SES, such as payroll, workers' compensation, and
benefits. The Workflow Process automatically updates the information,
enabling the client to review the data in real time.
"Current PEO technology generally only allows the clients and worksite
employees to print and view the information using Internet-based 'print-and-
submit' functions," said Mr. Ron Bray, COO of SES. "However, with the
Workflow Process, SES will automate and web-enable various functions of the HR
management process, which eliminates manual tasks, paper burdens, and other
redundancies."
SES currently employs 70 administrative forms, more than 50 of which are
used between SES and its clients on a regular basis. For example, the
frequently-used Status Change form, is received an average of 900 times
weekly, each copied and distributed internally. Submitting this information
through the Workflow Process data portal will reduce cost and time, while
ensuring data integrity.
"Regardless of a PEO's existing workflow process, SES will be able to
implement and maintain one common platform for all future acquisitions,"
stated Mr. Dennis Lambka, President and CEO of SES. "And as an industry
innovator, we will continue to identify patterns and technological trends that
impact the PEO industry."
SES plans to introduce additional SmartHR components in the coming months.
SES clients and worksite employees can access SmartHR at the following
location: yourses.com.
