Worden Bros. (as far as I know), is an independent company and I do not believe it has beeen acquired. They seem to be fiercely independent. I did not know they had it available at the WSC...

As for the scanner on the Worden Bros software itself...

Essentially I use their own formulas.. (I know you can modify it to your own criteria), however I find their own to be suitable for me. As usual, one needs to be careful on ANY stock one looks regardless of the source of info/lead. Personally I believe each stock has its own "rythm" and peculiar way of trading. Many times I watch the stock for a while before taking the plunge. It also depends on the overall mood of the market. Right now, I am being VERY cautious, I do not think this market can make up its mind as to where to go...
