ECONOMY and NTAP: $152 to $11 to $27 today...as the economy improves NTAP is improving, and NTAP will exceed its 52 week high, not IF but WHEN...and the recovery could be fast and furious Jake, as past historical models have shown. But since STORAGE is both a NECESSITY and also effected by changes in the ECONOMY Due to STORAGE NECESSITY there is, WAS a bottom, which was in the $11 range when NTAP was highly oversold, and even now is oversold. When the ECONOMY improves, purchasing improves, and NTAP will have a hard time meeting demand with supply, in fact, much higher demand in storage could lead to price inflation for those companies that have not locked in with long term contracts, and it will also mean more storage company start ups, not so much in the form of competition, but like contract manufacturing, needed to meet the unmet demand of storage as the economy recovers if it recovers fast and furious by Q4, Q1 next year. Inevitably, cmpanies like NTAP will then turn around and buy up these "sources" of supply, and we may well see a lot of M&A activity in 2002, 2003, and 2004. It is all part of the FOOD CHAIN.
