What's your take on today's jump? One explanation I have seen is that the high speed access bill came out of committee today but is not yet law and the fight is sure to be nasty. Second explanation is European lending rates fell today and DSL buildout in Europe could accelerate. Per last CC from 35% -50% of last quarter sales went to European carriers.
